Around about 2006 I convinced myself past lives were real by watching all the available documentaries on youtube at the time. I then went for several past life regressions with therapists, did more using tapes/mp3, and eventually trained as part of hypnotherapy I learned, have successfully regressed others.

I recommend it. Past lives are real, it's useful to know about them. Several different therapeutic disciplines independently discovered them - people who didn't need to believe in reincarnation but do need to work with them for their therapeutic techniques to be successful.

There's more stories here than it took to convince me, and quality is generally quite good.

Found both seasons elsewhere and shrunk them from 1080p; didn't look too hard for the 2016 special, which is on Amazon.
