RT Cross Talk late May 2023

I tried downloading the previous one no.37 as well
but since RT 37 the RT torrents stopped working
this is what I get : ..

T means Peer is connected over uTP == which could be correct, but the seeders software is qBittorrent 4.5.2

I: Peer is an incoming connection == is also true as he seeds
?: We unchoked this peer, but they're not interested

So the seeder has probably unannounced visitors on his platform
who choke this torrent.
