Propaganda, coal burning [I don't but that one!] or idiotic use of weather weaponry - it;s only "fake" on one level...

It still can end up having real world and real human effects.

We have to be less black versus white in todays whirrled, things in the post Hiroshima era are more complex IMO - - racial puns aside..
