The Wisdom Keepers is an Ickonic original documentary following filmmaker Christianne van Wijk as she meets with author and philosopher, Marcel Messing and learns the ancient secrets of The Cathars. This persecuted Christian sect existed between the 12th and 14th centuries before their massacre by the Catholic church. Their knowledge and wisdom lives on - and the time is right for their teachings to come back into the light.
