Ickonic: War of the Words (2021)

Each and every one of us have our perception of the world shaped by the stories we are told. All stories are built upon the word, and words control the way we individually percieve reality.

In 2020 the mainstream media crept it’s way out of the shadows and openly showed themselves to be the mouth piece of what appears to be a nefarious agenda. An agenda to control the way you and I live our daily lives. The pushback came from the alternative media who continued to provide information that went against the official narratives of goverment and corporate owned media….. The battle lines were drawn!

This film is about the struggles and trials that journalists and content creators in the alternative media face on a daily basis, as they go to war with Big Tech and the Mainstream media. The film also follows Ickonic.com as they build a new type of media platform that has the potential to usurp the old media, in an effort to give you the spectrum of information you need to make informed decisions of your own.

Unlike any previous World War, this war takes place upon the battle field of the human mind…a war that starts and ends with the word!
