Anyone seen any good recent-ish media on the things that are exceedingly bad for us in everything we buy (e.g. phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, synthetic fragrances which I believe encompasses one or two of the previous, asbestos in the talcum powder apparently 20% of the talc sold is contaminated, ...)
I'm building up a section tentatively titled "Carcinogenic Home & Garden", until/unless I find a better name.
No need to add asbestos, unless the goal really is to poison people...
Apparently it’s found when mining talc, and has been a known issue since before baby powder. Just not widely known. I found a couple of short news clips talking about it being in all kinds of women’s beauty products, blush and foundation and the like.

Thanks for that, turns out I had a couple of those already and was able to find a couple of others. If you have any leads on Dying to Have Known (2006), Under the Dome (2015) or Chemerical (2009) that would be phenomenal. Also Toxic Beauty, could not find that one either…
