"The Way" of the author of a new, better covenant didn't come to die and disappear to only return 2000 years later. Everything was fulfilled in the 1st century, and the new kingdom he brought in was spiritual and been conquering for 2000 years.
The Way was a liberating narrow path that removes all "occult" power structures by freeing man from the fear of death. When death is defeated, then what remains except a new spiritual life, under grace, to build a new way of living, self-governing and organizing society without the old bankrupt systems man has created and repeated from the old empires pictured as destroyed in Daniel 2?
When one learns how to study, learn and find truth... finds the three fold path of the trivium, and discovers the liberating sciences of number in the quadrivium then one will discover the bible as a book of self-government, with no authority over man but the risen messiah King of kings, High priest and Judge of all righteousness that governs the people with equity (Ps 98:9, Acts 17:31) If man is liberated, as both king and priest with no other man-made authority structure over them... then what prevents them from obeying God rather than men? Is that not liberty?
