first put the files you want in a folder. then use the makew torrent functyion on your torrent client and make that torrent.
then upload that torrent to https://concen.org/node/add/torrent
once the torrent is added it will take you to the download page for that torrent. download that torrent and use it to see. your client may ask you to add it or replace the one you have. that's all good.
sometimes people have issues uploading where it'll get to 99% or so and stops seeding. you can sort this by using the "super-seed" option on your client
