How do I access the .pdf files?

Welcome. There is a lot of great information on this site.
This is a bittorrent site. You need to install a bittorrent client, then click on the link to the *.torrent file. Your browser should then automatically open your bittorrent client which will then download the actual files. You can tell the client to download the whole thing or only the files you choose.
