knowing what I know now, in order of preference, I'd do:
1. Himalayan Shilajit Resin (work up to 1/2 gram 2x/day)
2. whole C powders like acerola, camu, noni, goji
3. "HMD" cilantro/chlorella tincture
4. fungi extract powders like chaga, turkey tail (wood-grown, only)
5. coseva TRS
EDTA, ALA, all these funny chemicals are dangerous, and what happens is they pick metals up and just drop them elsewhere in your body.

You can't get hydrogel from shedding.
For jab shedding start with cistus incanus tincture or tea.
it seems from all the stuff she and other people are showing that you can get all the stuff that's in the jabs just by being around jabbed people not just the spikes but stuff that reacts and grows....I got symptoms alright....tried the pine needle star anis and fennel tea and gluthatione and it helped a bit with the spike, but there's so much more we need to understand about this stuff....if someone doesn't come forward with a way to reverse it (something I strongly suspect that the people that have caused this have....) humanity will be doomed in two generations tops
That's not how contagion works.
The body's of the jabbed make the exosome which makes you ill.
The stuff in the jab, like the hydrogel, is what keeps their bodies making it for longer. They don't spread hydrogel.
Yeah I had symptoms twice from exposure to jabbed people.
I mean really, there's very little reason to think there was really a new virus. Most people got sick once the jabs were out.
unfortunately covid is real, but what makes it dangerous is the spike protein, they work in sync, without it it would be as dangerous as the flu...they wanted more deaths in the beginning to scare people so they were telling people not to use anti-inflammatories and putting tubes down people's throats compuonding the clotting issue in the lungs, what they needed was blood thinning and anti-inflammatory medicines instead....why haven't these people been hanged or worse yet is beyond me
