It's not in TheOccult - Meditation- leaked archive from the other year, and I couldn't find it on the other sites, so somebody would have to rip these. I imagine they are also reasonably expensive...
I would stay away from Garyaev. Look into Irene Caesar's work. She shows how Garyaev had little clue of what he was actually doing.
