Saw this a while back - great scheme/idea - but it's a pin-prick in the fight against violence and gang glorification, satellite group narco importation and the issue few acknowledge - RMN - or Remote Neural Monitoring.

I have looked into that before. People like Robert Duncan and a little known whistleblower named John St. Clair Akwei talk/talked about that issue and how it works. Are you suggesting drug dealers and other criminals in the cities are more or less mind controlled by Remote Neural Monitoring?

Because the RMN system is now so subtle yet powerful most ppl have zero clue it's there.... for example when ppl began panicking buying toilet paper en masse in COVID era - I believe that was a RMN subtle prank... but that's the comedy side [to them] of this darker sphere....

- Well I know for a fact that Amazon are at the core of this tech roll-out.... and they've made certain towns and cities in developednations a plyground for their frequency shennanigans...
- It seems PORTLAND [maybe Seattle too?] Orgegon is their most obvious test situation - note the homeless and behaviour situation there.... we're talking w FULL city taken over without most ppl being aware.

Satellites
Interesting, yes - do you think the majority of this phenomenon is via satellite-based directed energy weapons? From what I understand, Remote Neural Monitoring also offers these operatives the ability to hack your brainwaves and see and hear everything the victim does, because they get a near-perfect duplicate of anybody's brainwave states. There's legitimate documentation regarding that, and it's been called other things, such as "Synthetic Telepathy" or "EEG Heterodyning".
I know Dr. John Hall has written about this, and Robert Duncan's book 'The Matrix Deciphered' reveals such technologies. As far as I know, one of the main uses of the technology is used against what is called "Targeted Individuals" and is a division of "PsyOps", psychological warfare - possibly by the NSA, which is directly affiliated with the military. There are several top secret facilities worldwide where such things can be carried out.
Another prominent issue with this technology is called "electronic harassment", and from what I remember, having to do such things as surveillance on victims and basically following them around online and offline (one can PsyOps the living fuck out of them) and Edward Snowden himself said he had to do such things, and that was one of the main reasons he defected...
Have you ever heard what James Casbolt had to say about the brainwaves/frequencies being broadcast, or beamed, over the general population of the world? Most of what he had to say was pretty far out there, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was actually involved in some of this type of thing himself and understood the types of R&D being done on this tech.
